Great product. Unfortunately my dog wouldn’t wear it so I had to return it. Well made and sturdy with fast shipping !

The first thing I tested was the bearings for the wheels. Very smooth and seems to be a good pair of bearings. Tires are good and there are many adjustments to fit your dogs needs.

My boxer has spinal myelopathy. He started losing his ability to walk and use his hind legs in June. My vet told me that by December he probably wouldn’t be able to walk any longer. She was correct. We had to stop going to the park and he was so disappointed when our other boxer got to go and he was left at home. I purchased the Walkin’ Wheels Dog Wheelchair about 4 weeks ago. It took our sweet boxer one day to get used to it and the from then on, he can really move in it. He has pepped up and is so much happier now. He is moving his back legs in the stirrups as he walks and he is getting stronger in his front legs. This is a fatal condition so he will not recover, but he is able to exercise and move great! We only use it outside, so I don’t know how it would be inside, but if you have the space so that it doesn’t get caught on furniture, I’m sure it would work. Make sure to use the instructions to get the right fit. Every other dog he has met has been fine around it – we have a lot of doggie friends and none are afraid of it. He is able to urinate and do more in it, but we usually take him outside to complete those tasks before our walk.

You Might have to adjust it with wheels further forward for a short legged good boy, and the chest support May not be needed when you find the sweet spot. Keep adjusting till he gets it. Also after being completely paralyzed He regained some motion and strength with his rear legs that he was able to make the motions and not drag his toes with the weight supported. Took a while to get it adjusted to him so he could go both forward and back and get over small humps but well worth the joy he had regaining mobility
