Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will process your questions within 3 business days and then we’ll send you a return shipping label and the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please, note that it is very hard to track back items that are sent back to us without having questions open.You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@firstname.lastname@example.org
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We need you to take pictures and make videos of the issue and send them directly to contact@email@example.com. We will get in touch within 3 business days of your claim to work with you on the next steps.
All items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied with them. （Special Note： Wheelchair products do not accept return and exchange services, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us）
